**Returns and Refund Policy**

This Returns and Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases made through BDPrime. By making a purchase, you agree to adhere to the guidelines in this policy.
**Eligibility for Returns/Refunds**
- Requests for returns or refunds must be made within 30 days from the original purchase date.
- Items must be unopened and unused to qualify for a return or exchange.
- Return requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.
**Shipping and Processing Fees**
- Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs and a $5 processing fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Shipping charges and processing fees are non-refundable.
**Return Process**

- Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
**Promotional Orders**
- Orders placed during sales promotions (e.g., BOGO, 50% off, BOG2) are not eligible for free exchanges, returns, or refunds.
- Returns, exchanges, and refunds are only available for items purchased at full price.
**Cancellations**
- To request an order cancellation, contact us within 5 hours of placing the order. If the order has already been processed, cancellation may not be possible.
**Exchanges**
- We offer a one-time, free exchange on all paid orders, excluding promotional items.
- Utilizing this exchange service forfeits any future refund requests for that order.
**Damaged Items and Issues**
- Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, contact us immediately with proof of the issue.
- Refunds are not available for items damaged or broken by the customer during use.
**Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items**
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

**European Union Cooling-Off Period**
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers may cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in original condition, unused, with tags and original packaging, and proof of purchase is required.
**Refunds**
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will inform you about the approval status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.
